Couscous, Pot Roast and More

Aw yeah! This one I want to eat, right now! We’ve got a bit of pot roast from our Montana grown beef share, some carrots roasted with that delicious beef straight out of the Hickey Garden Plot in our backyard, some couscous (always a delight) and an egg that looks a bit better than yesterday’s egg. This too is one of our hen eggs from our backyard coop but apparently it was a bit older so the peeling was more manageable. The other sides are some juicy cherry tomatoes from our garden, some black olives and some cheese curds and mini Vanilla Wafers. This ought to fill a little boy right up, yet I’m always surprised that nearly everything is gone when the PlanetBox comes back home! The potable today is a juice box! Happy Munching!
