Just throwing a little wrench in the works…so my husband has this site, it is called Chew Time, this particular dish is a breakfast we enjoyed camping on the morning after his birthday…so he does something similar to what I do but he’s not making all of the food, he’s just sharing food you think is delicious (or maybe just looks delicious) with other foodies. So this breakfast we made in the woods camping. It is on a multi-grain bagel with cream cheese, Montana grown bacon, and a homegrown fried hen egg we brought from home. We actually ended up topping the whole ordeal with some homemade salsa…yum! I want to eat it all over again right now! So it’s not a lunch…sorry…but who says you can’t have brunch at noon?
