We were off on a little adventure again – my baby brother got married, so we went to Indianapolis for his wedding – so no lunches for a few days. But we’re back and going strong! Today we’ll enjoy a helping of Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese (I believe some of which are the Arthur variety). We’ve got a homegrown hard-boiled hen egg, a piece of fresh zucchini bread (also homegrown squash) so around here we call it squash bread. Some Dixon melon grown in Dixon, MT, organic blueberries, green grapes, strawberries, and nectarines combined to make a delicious fruit salad, soy yogurt and some vitamins complete the lunch for today. To drink some water! Yummy!
