Today’s lunch consists of some teriyaki stir fried rice noodles (from last night’s dinner) with tofu, baby corn, water chestnuts, chicken, and carrots (all of the organic variety of course). We’ve also got a diced apple, a handful of organic red grapes and a blueberry muffin cut into bite-sized pieces. Then for a treat – two Halloween wrapped chocolate balls (spiders and ghosts – spooky!). Oh and to drink today some organic orange juice. Tasty Friday Lunch!
