Happy Summer!
We will still eat this summer, so I’ll post as often as I possibly can. I’m staying home all summer with my kids so the free time will be hard to come by, but I’ll do my darnedest. Enjoy your time off with your sweet kids.

I was researching this box (planet box) and I found your site. I think your linches are amazing and what is more amazing its that you kids eat it all. I wish i was that lucky mine its a very slow eater and prefers to talk to her friends than actually eat her food so at the end of the day she comes home with almos all her food. Hence the reason I am trying to look at new ideas. So I have some questions how do you keep the fruit from not turning all brown especially the apples and the banananas? How do you like the planet box? Is it worth the investmen I mean its very expensive so I just want to know. Thanks a lot!!!

  Thanks for the sweet words. I’m seriously in LOVE with our PlanetBoxes. I actually own a little toy store – Walking Stick Toys and I sell other eco-friendly lunch boxes there but I’m constantly recommending the Planetbox to shoppers in my store, and I don’t even benefit (financially from it) that is how much I love it! I recently set up a link so you can purchase your planetbox through Made your Lunch and I get a tiny kickback. Here is the link link if you are interested.
  I keep the apples from turning brown by putting lemon or lime juice on them and the bananas stay best if I leave the peel on. I make small slits so my kids can easily peel them at school but they don’t get all gross.
