Montana-grown grass fed Cheeseburger (with ketchup, mustard, Tillamook Cheddar, and organic dill pickle slices) is the main course. Since it is a long day today we have a slice of leftover cheese pizza from Biga cut into strips, Simon can eat more than me! Sides include a diced organic apple, pretzel fish with soy yogurt for dipping (pretzels dipped in yogurt – delicious!), and for dessert frosted chocolate cookies. Also not pictured – some sour cream and onion Pirate’s Booty. Honest Kid’s organic juice will wash the lunch down today.
