Today we’ll enjoy an Applegate Turkey and Tillamook Cheddar Cheese Thinwich. These little Thinwiches are nice if you want something a bit lighter than regular bread. Sides include an organic Pink Lady Apple, a couple of Fig Cookies, a small cupful of Raspberry Soy Yogurt, some organic carrot sticks, and a homegrown hard-boiled hen egg – straight from our backyard coop. Dessert is a couple of frosted chocolate star cookies. Delicious!
