Baked Potato, Pan Fried Carrots and More
Back to school…now we’ll just pine away for our trip to Mexico on Cinco de Mayo. Ahhh. Spring Break was awesome but it never seems to be long enough.
Now for the eats…we’ve got some carrots that are just tossed in a pan with some olive oil to soften them and sweeten them, a diced organic apple, a pieced up baked potato and a 1/2 hot dog and some soft pumpkin bread. The vitamin pile kind of goes without saying. Mmm Mmmm.
